KEARNEY, Nebraska, United States — June 7, 2016 -- Intellicom has recently made new additions as Ben Ritter and Derek Poe have accepted Helpdesk Technician positions. Both Ben and Derek completed their internship with Intellicom in 2015 and then graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney this May with Bachelor degrees in Information Networking and Telecommunications.
TJ Hickey has also joined Intellicom as the Service Desk Coordinator. In this position, he will be answering customer calls and email; starting and assigning service tickets; and handling the daily shipping and receiving.
These additions mark a continued growth for Intellicom, who has seen four new employees in the last four months.
