Technician

Tony Garaffa is a Technician in the Network Operations Center (NOC) for Intellicom. In this position , he is responsible for troubleshooting customer’s technical questions over the telephone or via remote network connection. Tony has a great technical work background and excellent technical and communication skills.
Tony graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Telecommunications Management from UNK in December of 2009. Prior to Intellicom, Tony was the IT Helpdesk Supervisor at USA Companies. Tony has passed the CCENT and CCNA certification tests from Cisco and is working on his Network + and A+ certification from CompTIA.
Tony and his wife Julia reside in Kearney. In his free time he enjoys traveling, cars, working out and gaming.
