HelpDesk Manager

Sam Noyes is the Supervisor of the Network Operations Center (NOC) for Intellicom. In this role, Sam will supervise the staff responsible for troubleshooting our customer’s technical questions over the telephone or via remote network connection.


Sam brings with him over 8 years of experience working in the Helpdesk industry supporting companies like Kronos, Practitioners Publishing, and Gateway Computers. Early on in his career, Sam was responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues and eventually moved into troubleshooting more complex end-user support issues. Sam prides himself on his people skills and the ability to get to the root of a problem quickly. Sam also has strong customer skills and has an knack for being able to get on the same "team" as the customer to get a problem resolved.


Sam attended school at the Art Institute of Dallas and also the University of Nebraska at Kearney. He is currently pursuing a MCP Certification from Microsoft around Windows Vista.


Sam recently moved back to Kearney from the Dallas area to be closer to family. In his free time, Sam enjoys golfing and computer animation.
