Matt Zulkoski is a Helpdesk Technician for Intellicom. In this position, he is responsible for troubleshooting customer’s technical questions over the telephone or via remote network connection. Matt really enjoys and excels at PC repair and troubleshooting. This skill set makes Matt a valuable addition to our repair bench.
Matt is a sophomore at the University of Nebraska at Kearney majoring in Information Systems with an emphasis in Systems Administration. Matt also is working on a minor in Telecommunications Management. He stays very active in his fraternity, Phi Gamma Delta where he has been involved in many service projects including the annual Cub Scout games. He is also involved with helping with the AV and media for Christian Student Fellowship. While at Intellicom, Matt will be pursuing his A+ certification from CompTIA and his CCNA certification from Cisco.
Matt grew up in St. Paul, Nebraska but now resides in Kearney. In his spare time he enjoys tinkering with and fixing electronics as well as reading.
