Jim Shoemaker

Jim Shoemaker is a Senior Engineer at Intellicom. In this position, Jim is responsible for managing and supporting large customer networks. Jim is very well rounded technically but has a passion for working with Cisco equipment.

Jim has several years of experience with Intellicom and also has a tremendous amount of previous experience in the technology industry. This experience includes, 5 years as a Webmaster for Good Samaritan Hospital and 8 years as the Director of Information Systems at Tri Valley Health Systems, in Cambridge.

Jim received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Doane College in 1994, and has passed certifications from Microsoft and Cisco too numerous to count. In addition, he excels at Cisco wireless, VoIP, and security.

Jim lives in Kearney with his wife, Tricia, and their 4 children, Chance, Noah, Madison, and Taten. When he isn’t at work, you will find him spending time with his family or out on the golf course.
