Duane Ransdell is a HelpDesk Technician for Intellicom. In this position, he is responsible for troubleshooting customers' technical questions over the telephone or via remote network connection. Duane also excels at project management and customer service, two critical components of the Intellicom Helpdesk team. Additionally, Duane has expertise in general PC support and repair.
Duane holds an Associates Degree from Central Community College in Information Technology with a specialization in PC support. Duane holds his A+ certification from CompTIA.
Duane enjoys many hobbies in his free time including amateur radio, fishing, and flying ultralight aircraft. He belongs to the local chapter of the Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES) and helps with storm spotting in the summer months.
