Cody Mock


Cody Mock is a Helpdesk Technician for Intellicom. In this position, he is responsible for troubleshooting customer’s technical questions over the telephone or via remote network connection. With a background in philosophy, Cody enjoys the analytical side of computers as he troubleshoots a problem. He understands the frustration that computer problems can create and enjoys walking the end- user through the issue at hand, helping them to both understand what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future.

Cody earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University with a Minor in Philosophy. While in college, Cody worked on campus in a computer lab assisting end-users with their technical problems. Cody holds his A+ certification from CompTIA and is working on getting his Network + and CCNA certifications.

Cody certainly stays busy outside of work as well. He is a volunteer with The Navigators, which is an International interdenominational Christian ministry. Cody also enjoys Asian language and culture, getting coffee with friends, building web sites, reading and cycling. Cody is always learning, curious, and never satisfied with the status quo.
