| Position Objective: |
Support Technicians with troubleshooting and repair. |
| Qualifications: |
The qualified candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a busy environment. They will also have experience working with PC hardware and operating systems including Win9x, NT4.0, Win2K. Experience with Microsoft Office 97, 2000, XP or later is a plus. |
| Primary Job Duties: |
- Work with Technicians to resolve problems remotely or at customer premises.
- Data entry of problem into HelpDesk application.
- Provide research support on open Work Orders as needed.
- Maintain documentation for support processes.
- Other duties as necessary.
